ERApeutics stands behind our products 100%. Products purchased directly from ERApeutics.com can always be returned within 60 (sixty) days of purchase, per the following guidelines:
- If you’re not satisfied with your supplement purchase, simply return the unused portion of the product, in its original container, within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (less original shipping costs and/or return shipping costs). All returns require a Return Authorization. All products returned without a Return Authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for the product price only. We do not reimburse shipping or return postage costs for unauthorized returns, refused shipments, or orders marked Return To Sender.
- Must provide proof of purchase (order number from our website) for a full refund
- Refund excludes any paid shipping charges
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs
- Return shipping and handling charges may apply to undeliverable or refused packages.

ERApeutics will replace the product for Manufacture Damages (damaged seal, no seal cover). Required documentation:
- Proof of purchase, copy of purchase receipt
- Picture of the damaged product
- Picture of UPC and Lot Code
- Picture of Expiration Date
